<image:caption>Angelica Kushi, originally from Boston and Minneapolis, has called New York home since getting her BA at Sarah Lawrence College. She's been a dancer since the age of 3, turned gymnast and eventually hang gliding pilot. She has a love of adventure and movement, especially flying in the air. She was in the off-broadway show Fuerza Bruta and Fuerza Bruta Wayra in NYC, China, Peru, Istanbul, Italy, and Romania. Now a Stuntwoman, you can see her (usually just body and not her face) in film and tv shows like Logan, Gotham, The Punisher and more. She's thrilled to be back dancing with Breaking Surface. Besides performing she runs a wellness company teaching macrobiotic lifestyle and yoga. www.angelicakushi.com @angelicakushi</image:caption>

<image:caption>NYC born and raised aerialist turned actress/writer/producer/advocate. I still have my best ideas when I am standing on my hands and I can hold said handstand for a good while. Growing up my parents had difficulty convincing me that lip-syncing naked to the music of Les Miserables was not the right thing to do when guests came over, the only difference now is that I prefer to be clothed. When I am not auditioning or working on a project I am surfing and dreaming of adopting another dog. Every few month I curate, produce and host a variety show called "No Holds Barred Variety" at Dixon Place in lower manhattan. <image:title>Welcome - John Morgan Kimock (Music Director)</image:title>
<image:caption>John Morgan Kimock (b.1989) Is a sought-after drummer, composer and arranger from Sonoma County, California living in Brooklyn NY. His musical collaborations have taken him around the world with a wide range of acts, starting at the age of 5 when John began making bizarre appearances with the likes of tuvan throat singers, Todd Rundgren or with his father Steve's outfit Zero. His work in production began in 2008, a record for his band Kind Killers called "Depiction." In 2010, He performed at Lincoln Center alongside Steve Kimock, Justin Vernon (Bon Iver) and others for a re-scoring of Buster Keaton and Charlie Chaplin films. From 2011-2014 John performed/produced in a two-piece band with Trevor Exter called XVSK. XVSK was largely an experimental folk band with improvisational elements and occasional guests like Bernie Worrell (Talking Heads, P-Funk) Todd Reynolds (Steve Reich, Meredith Monk), and Dana Colley (Morphine). They released a full-length album in 2014. During the same period, John also began scoring for dance and film, most notably Tinie Tempah's "Discovering Destiny" produced by Disturbing London and directed by Jabari Johnson. In 2015, John began writing more music with his father Steve in mind, much of which can be heard on their 2017 collaboration "Satelite City", produced by Dave Schools. John also performed on Mike Gordon's OGOGO produced by Shawn Everett during this time. John never stops moving, logging a lot of time on the road these days.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Welcome - Trevor Exter (Musician)</image:title>
<image:caption>For most of his life, Trevor Exter has been a professional singer and cellist with his own approach to all aspects of composing, songwriting, producing, performing and touring. He has a couple of bands where he gets to make a spectacle of himself, and some producers like to use him as a secret weapon. He also plays Fender bass First-time listeners are sometimes puzzled when Exter steps on stage, a cello plugged into an amp the way a rocker bears his axe. Exter has toured with De La Guarda, Steve Kimock, James McBride's Good Lord Bird Band, DJ Tasha Blank and his duo with John Kimock, XVSK. He frequently performs solo. Raised in Tompkins County, NY and fascinated by the cello at an early age, he moved to Brazil at age 19, hypnotized by the fire and tenderness in its music. He played with young Brazilian musicians who reveled in the Beatles, Coltrane and Ellington as well as their country’s icons: Antonio Carlos Jobim, Gilberto Gil, Chico Buarque and Hermeto Pascoal. He makes music for nighthawks and dreamers. Mixing acoustic pop, American soul and restless rock energy with an itinerant vision all his own, his songs travel far and burrow deep. The lyrics, brimming with passion, are delivered by a warm, grainy voice over a subtle and surprisingly deep groove.</image:caption>

He graduated from the University at Buffalo with a dual degree in dance choreography and stage acting. His movement style is informed by modern dance, physical theater, Tai Chi, West African, modern dance, Capoeira, house and ecstatic dance styles, but he is most moved by sincerity. He is currently residing in Phoenix, Arizona, where he facilitates dance workshops, plays music for yogis and kirtans, and teaches music to children.</image:caption>
